Kaweco Smokey Grey is fountain pen ink of a light but legible gray color. The color is true gray without blue or brown undertones. It is somewhat similar to the color of a HB (number 2) pencil.
This is well behaved, quick drying ink. Shades well in any nibs. However, for better legibility, the broader and wetter nibs could be recommended. To top it off, Smokey Grey has some basic water-resistance. So if you accidentally spill a glass of water over the page, your writing won’t be lost.
