Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes, we do! We ship worldwide. Though, not every shipping option available in every country.


Q: How much is the shipping cost?

A: It depends on the country you live in, the shipping method you choose, and the total weight of your order. The easiest way to tell how much the shipping cost will be is to put the desired products into the shopping cart, select the desired shipping method and calculate the shipping cost. If you wouldn’t like the result you will always be able to change the shipping method and/or add or remove items in your shipping cart.


Q: Do I need to pay VAT?

A: If you live outside of European Union, no. All the prices listed on this site are in Euros without the Value Added Tax. If your shipping address is outside of EU, you wouldn’t need to pay any taxes on our site.

If you live in one of the European Union member-states, you will need to pay 20% VAT on top of the total cost of the items you ordered.


Q: Can you provide the invoice for my order?

A: Sure. Of course.


Q: How long will it take to ship to my country?

A: It depends on what country your are in, as well as the shipping method you’ve chosen. For the cheapest BG Post Priority shipping method it takes a week or less to ship to Greece, Romania, or Serbia; one to two weeks to other European countries (except Italy); less than three weeks for continuous USA and Canada; four weeks or less for the rest of the world.

Take a note that the national holidays in Bulgaria and your country could cause some delays, as well as extreme weather conditions. Also, the month before the Christmas is traditionally very busy time for postal services all around the globe, so delays during this period are inevitable.

If you need your order to be delivered to you as soon as possible, please choose one of the more expensive shipping methods. As a rule of thumb, the more expensive the shipping, the less time it will take.


Q: How many things can I order at once?

A: There is no limit. However, if the total weight of the items you’ve ordered will exceed two kilograms we may pack them in two or more separate boxes or large envelopes.


Q: I would like to order a lot of stuff. Could you offer me a discount?

A: Sure. Contact us at [email protected] and we will discuss your personal discount.


Q: Should I pay any customs fees in my country to receive your packages?

A: If you are in one of the European Union countries, no. It doesn’t matter how big is your order you don’t need to pay any import duties on it.

If you are outside of European Union, some duties may apply. If your order total will exceed some limit set by your government, you will need to pay some taxes and fees. Please consult with your local customs office for further details.

In any case, we will gladly provide your with the proper invoice to assist you with the customs clearance process.

Take a note, though, that the most of our products are not that much expensive, so most of the times they pass under the threshold without any delays at the customs.


Q: I would like to buy one particular item, but it seems to be out of stock. Could you help me?

A: Sure. Just contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you. If the item you are looking for is still in production and the manufacturer has it in stock, we would be able to order it for you. Fulfillment time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, but usually it is two to five weeks.


Q: I’ve found some truly wonderful things in your store. How can I share my joy with others?

Q: I live in Bulgaria, I would like to pay in cash to the courier (so called „наложен платеж“). Is it possible?

A: Unfortunately, at this moment we do not work with cash payments. You can pay with a PayPal balance, debit or credit card. If you are in Bulgaria, you can also pay with a bank transfer. Please contact us at [email protected] for details.
